I'm back to blog! heh! Today I shall be touching on the topic of "relationships". L0L. Chey chey. Very rare ok! Therefore you must read till the very end of it! =X Hmmm... I don't know about everyone else, but I realise that relationships is a very complicated thing. I see more unhappy couples compared to happy ones in fact. Ok, maybe that's because I only notice those couples that argue in public. Obvious wad! L0L. So here are some examples...

I had a friend who at one point of time did 2 timing. He dated 2 girls at one time. Obviously, it's morally incorrect and it's just wrong. He managed to get away with it and never got caught. Perhaps he was smart enough to have one girlfriend in the East and the other in the West. Imagine 2 timing man, aren't you being two-faced? No? Acting in love with one girl when you are with her, but at the back of your mind thinking of the other and hoping that you won't get caught. Oh well, I was really shocked when he told me about this 2 timing thing and I hope that he has become more mature. The worst part was he broke up with both of them in the end.

That day when I was on the 61 back home with Jeremiah and Weian, we saw this "couple". The girl was sitting in front of the guy because there were no more seats left together. The guy was putting his arms over her neck. Please. Considerate a bit can? I standing there then you doing this kind of things and blocking my way with your arm and he had a big head. What? I'm being honest. Ok, so whatever I'm Shawn right! When there's a Shawn, there's a way! L0L. So the person got off and the girl moved in, so that the lovey dovey couple got to sit together!! So ROMANTIC right!! So check this out. You know how to put your arms around the girl when you sitting BEHIND her, but when you sitting BESIDE her and obviously it's more convenient and sensible, you don't know? I told that to Weian and we went tehehehehe. L0L. We realised they had an arguement of some sort and I saw the girl complaining that the guy was squeezing her shoulder earlier on when he put his arms around her. L0L! Then, when she wanted to alight from the bus, the guy didn't allow her to get out as she was sitted inside. Aiyo... Ape sia this kind of guy. SianZ.

Okok, something more interesting for you guys to think about. Hmmm... Imagine you and this girl have been friends for many years and you are interested in her in a way. Will you ask her to be your gf? I heard on the MRT once when this guy was telling his friends that he wouldn't get into a relationship with a girl who he has been friends with for a long time. I didn't eavesdrop la. I just happen to be standing beside only. L0L. In a way I agree with that guy because if you get into a relationship with a girl you have been friends with for years and the relationship turns sour, then all those years of friendship will be gone. Agree? Sad Right? =[

On the contrary, it may also work out really well because both sides know each other rather well already over that number of years. Yeah, and it's really cool when you guys have been friends for many years and get together in a relationship! In my opinion, it can work both way depending on the individuals I suppose. =]

Hey, is the IN thing right now to get a girlfriend 5 years younger than you? L0L. Fei ge's girlfriend is 15 and Pan ge's girlfriend is 17. Damn! What's wrong with the world mamma? L0L. Kidding! I suppose it's alright if you feel connected as a couple right? However, I'll prefer a girl who is not more than 2 years younger than me? Ok la, give and take 3 years. 5 years a little too much for me man. She will be like 14 man!! o.O Luckily for me, she's at least 17!! Year 1 mah. =X I suppose a lot of commitment is needed in a relationship yeah? I don't think anyone should get into a relationship just for the "fun" of it. In my opinion, if you are not committed, then the time isn't right for you to get into a relationship yet.


Anyway, to maintain a relationship with someone, this is relationship in general and not just bf/gf. I feel that you have to stay in contact with that person and talk to him/her often. Even if it is through MSN, phone calls or meeting in person. If you don't talk and check to see how he/she is doing, then most slightly you wouldn't be able to maintain that relationship, let alone strengthen it. Yup, so if you are not capable of maintaining friendships, then I think it will be probably even harder to maintain a relationship with him/her. Also, another important thing and something I notice quite often too. When someone gets into a relationship, he/she somehow immediately forget about his/her friends and cannot be bothered about them anymore. I sure hope that isn't the case for my close friends if not obviously they are not my close friends already right? L0L.
