To Town & Bowling...
Today was Chinese Paper 2, which was rather easy. L0L! I actually managed to do alright for it even though I didn't study for it. Hehe, after the paper, me and Ce Rong went over to Sian Yang's place. Then, we met Malbindar at Jurong East MRT station before proceeding to City Link.
Sian Yang got his shirt from Flash N Splash, which cost $35!!! Rich fella right? =P We went to Raffles City to eat Subway after that! Man, was it some expensive tasty sh!t. L0L! While we were eating, we were deciding on whether to go to town or to play bowling. Well, we finally decided on bowling and all of us went to CDANS Country Club in Bukit Batok, my hometown!!! Well, 1 thing's for sure, my bowling sucks. Hehe, I didn't manage to get a strike at all and that was already bad enough. L0L! After 2 rounds, Malbindar had to go home, while the 3 of us continued to play another game. It was a long day, but too much time was spent on travelling to and fro. L0L! But nonetheless, I still had fun. Hehe. More rest...
Well, I didn't feel like studying for Chinese tomorrow, so I just continue slacking today. L0L! I'm so "hardworking" right? =P

Rest At Last!
Wow, today I managed to rest at last. Well, after all that "hard" work for prelims, I do deserve a break right? L0L! Yup, so I basically slacked for the whole day, now that was really fun! =P

Swimming
It was a long long day and it simply had to start with A Maths Paper 2. Well, at least I did manage to do 2 whole questions out of the complusory 11. Well, I don't know what I should do with A Maths right now. It's really screwed up, part of me wants to drop it while part of me knows the importance of it in Poly. After A Maths was Science MCQs, it wasn't very easy, just average kind of questions. When everything was over, it was around 1215pm.
After the papers, I went swimming with Sian Yang at Bukit Batok Swimming Complex. It was considered the last day of our prelims because most of us don't give a damn about the Chinese paper, so screw it. We swam for about 1.5 hours, then ate something there before proceeding to the Bukit Batok Interchange. I was supposed to watch supposed to watch Dodge Ball with Sian Yang and Joachim, but Joachim couldn't make it, so Sian Yang asked other people to come. Well I decided not to go when I realised someone whom I don't talk to is going, so I wasn't going to waste my time seeing his face over there. So Sian Yang went to Westmall with them, while I went Jurong East Entertainment Centre to meet Malbindar. We watched the 5:15pm movie and went for dinner after that. We slacked at Long John Silver and talk a hell lot of things ranging from studies to relationships till around 8pm. After that we left for home. I was really sleepy when I got home, but I still have to watch Survivor, which I am right now while I'm typing this. Special Guest
Today was English Paper 1 and Chemisty. Both were equally bad, so I have no idea what I'm going to do. So far, all the papers I set for, I have no confidence at all. I mean I do have confidence in some papers like English paper 1 and E Maths paper 1, but the paper 2 of both the subjects will probably screw up my results. I probably won't be able to get into a JC for the first 3 months, but it's not like I want to. I'm just pushing myself to get good results, so that I will have a wider range of courses to choose from in Poly. I was really tired and drained as well.
Anyway, after school I went for lunch with Wei Qiang and Sian Yang. After that Sian Yang came over to my place to experience the world of ~`~Shawn~`~! L0L! He seemed to have lots of fun while he was playing with my computer. Hehe, he left like close to 5pm. After that, I just slacked around as I didn't feel like doing anything. I was just exhausted and bored. "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." - Eleanor Roosevelt

Jurong Library
The E Maths paper 1 today was much easier compared to paper 2. I didn't have much problems doing the paper, but I skipped a couple of questions. I'm hoping that this paper can pull my marks up for the paper 2. Anything less than a B will definitely be disappointing. The paper ended at 10am and I left with Hongyue to grab a bite before going to the library to study. When we got there, we realised the library only opens at 12pm. It was only 11:30am at that time. Cafe Galilee was opened already, so we decided to go in there first. When we got in there, we realised that we could study in there as it was rather quiet. Each of us bought drinks to show that we were having something and not just making use of the place. We studied till around 2 plus. Sian Yang and Chee Chong came to find me as well, basically for fun. L0L! After we sent Hongyue to the MRT station, we went back to Jurong Entertainment Centre for lunch. After that we went our separate ways home. I managed to complete half the Chemistry ten year series while I was out. Haha.

Coffee Bean
Well, the physics paper today was rather easy, I didn't face alot of difficulties doing it. The F&N paper, on the other hand, was a total disaster. I have no idea if I'm even able to pass, but all I can do now is just to hope for the best. Haha. After the 2 papers, I went with Sian Yang to have lunch at Jurong East before proceeding to the Coffee Bean at West Mall to study. We studied from around 2:30pm to 4pm. I did questions from the E Maths ten year series. Tomorrow will only be E Maths Paper 1, after that I'm going with Hong Yue to study somewhere. Hehe.

A Maths Paper 1 . . .
Well, I actually managed to do some questions here and there, hopefully I'll be able to get 20 marks from what I did. L0L! I'm really not expecting to pass at all, but I just don't want to get anything less than a 10%. After the paper, I went home with Weiling and one of her friend. We were discussing on going to Seoul Garden after the prelims is over. Well, each of us had to bring someone along and guess who I'm bringing? L0L! My Food & Nutrition revision is screwed, I didn't manage to do much today. I have the feeling that I would do quite badly this time round, but hopefully I can pass. That would be good enough for me, I also hope that my coursework will pull my overall grade for Food & Nutrition up.

More Physics!
I managed to complete my Physics revision today! So I need not worry about it already. It is on Tuesday together with my Food & Nutrition. So, I can go home tomorrow after my A Maths paper and start revising Food & Nutrition. I did go through my A Maths book at night. I was basically recalling what I had learnt last year as the topics then were much easier. Well, I'm still not going to pass, but I hope to get more than 10%, which I got for my mid-year for A Maths. Physics...
Well, Benson actually told me yesterday that there was going to be an A Maths remedial today, but I just pretended like I didn't know as I wasn't interested in going. So I basically skipped the remedial. Hehe, but I managed to study Physics on my own and I actually completed half the book, so I'm left with another half, which I'll complete tomorrow. As for A Maths Paper 1 on Monday, Screw it! Hehe...

Terminal.
My predictions were right, Diplomacy and Deterrance came out for Source Based Question and Switzerland came out for the Stuctured Essay. I think I managed to do pretty well for the whole paper, hopefully it will pull up my overall humanities mark. I didn't answer the part B for the stuctured essay because I had no time. I was focusing on the rest of the marks, so hopefully I did well.
After Social Studies, I had to go for F&N because Ms Chin wanted to see me. -.=" Sian Yang left without telling me also, last night he still said he wanted to go out. So yeah, I was pissed and disappointed, but never mind, that always happen anyway, it wasn't something new, it was standard already! So I decided to go for lunch with Hong Yue after the F&N thing. We met Anwar outside the school and Hong Yue told me to go with him as she was on her way to Holland Village. We accompanied her to Clementi Interchange then proceeded to Jurong Entertainment Centre. We had our lunch there and watch the Terminal. It was a pretty nice movie, there was comedy, romance and sadness all in one movie. After that, we couldn't do much already as we were in our school uniform, so we left for home. "Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. The Amazing Race!?
Today morning when I woke up and brushed my teeth, I realised that it was Thursday and there was Singapore Idol tonight. Then, I suddenly realised it was Wednesday yesterday and I forgot all about The Amazing Race. I went to school to collect information on what had happened and I found out Colin and Christie were last, that was new. L0L!
Geography and E Maths Paper 2 were both pretty screwed up. Sighz, I hope I can pass and score well for Social Studies and E Maths Paper 1 to pull my marks up. Oh, the class photos were out today as well, it looked pretty nice. Hehe, after the Maths paper, I went for lunch with Alvin then we left for home after that. Luckily, there's The Amazing Race repeat telecast at 5pm, so I watched it and realised that next week was going to be the 2 hr finale. After watching the programme, I got back to my studies. I did Social Studies for the rest of the day because tomorrow was only Social Studies. I didn't miss Singapore Idol as well. I only managed to study Switzerland and Diplomacy and Deterrance in the end. I have a feeling that either one will come out tomorrow. Hehe, hopefully. Bowling + Studying ???
My English Paper 1 was pretty alright today, but I had problems with my Chinese Paper 1. Let's just hope that I can pass that.
Everyone got back their phones today and everybody switched their phones on once they got it. Well, in the current century that we live in, phones are important to us and that's something that those idiots who "stole" them should learn! Yes, I use the word "stole" as these idiots have no rights to take away our property! Well, my phone dropped from the second storey to the first storey after both the papers. That was the bad thing, but the good thing was there wasn't even a scratch. It was still functioning properly like nothing had happened. Hmmm... Interesting eh? L0L! I went with Sian Yang, Guo Lun, Zhi hao and Wei Qiang for lunch at Bukit Batok after the exams. After that, Wei Qiang left for home, while the rest of us proceeded to CDANS country club to "study". We went to the bowling alley, yes, to STUDY! We asked for 4 games and 2 pair of shoes (we budget mah... hehe...). The 4 of us took turns to play and study. I actually did manage to study my Social Studies, so it wasn't as bad as I think it would be. Haha, all of us left for home after that. There goes my phone!
Today was the Science Practical Examination. It was pretty alright, not really that tough. A pass is just all I wanted from this.
The head of Science took our phones before we entered and he refused to return them back until tomorrow. So there goes my phone, well he was just being an ass as usual. Hehe, but I've got another line at home, so it doesn't really matter to me. L0L! After the practical, I went with Sian Yang and Garyson to print some stuff. We handed them in to Ms Chin when we finally found her. Then Wei Qiang, Chee Chong, Sian Yang and myself to Bukit Batok. Chee Chong and Sian Yang were having their tuition as usual and Wei Qiang and I were on our way home. I got home like 3 plus and took a shower before taking a nap. After that, I studied at night and watched the last episode of "Friends". It was really Drama!!! Haha, it ended in quite a sad way. After that was "Life After Extreme Makeover", it was really interesting to see what happened after their surgery. I'm about to go to bed right now, I still have both my languages paper 1 tomorrow. Yes, I spent the day studying and revising for my prelims. I also completed my whole F&N Coursework once and for all. Finally, it has been done. In the evening, I went to the airport as my relatives were returning to Singapore. They were back from Europe and I viewed the pictures they took. Well, I like Venice and Swiss in particular, the rest are basically buildings. That's about it, I'm going to have an early night as tomorrow is my Science Practical Examinations. Hehe. Well, I finally had the time to do some good revision today. I spent the day revising as many Social Studies topics as I could today. I'm hoping that I can finished revising Social Studies by tomorrow, so I can spend my time on the other subjects. Prelims are just 2 days away and I am nowhere close to being prepared. Oh god... Met Garyson for breakfast at 10am today then we went to do our F&N coursework in school. *Sighz* Another LONG day, everyone went home at 4pm again. I went home with Wei Ling again. By the time I got home, I was really tired. Luckily, I still managed to do some Social Studies revision, not a lot, but at least it's better than nothing.

E Maths & F&N
Well, today was a pretty tiring and boring day. I was supposed to meet Garyson at 9:30am for breakfast, but I reached at 9:45am. Oopsy! Haha, late us usual (not say very usual la, but morning cannot wake up mah). We had a E Maths remedial at 10:30am, so just took our time and we reached class just on time, but the teacher wasn't there yet.
E Maths was up to 12:30am. My teacher went through the type of questions that will come out in both the E Maths paper, so it was rather slack. After E Maths, we still had to go for F&N and complete our coursework. *Sighz* I really feel that F&N is taking up a lot of my time for studies, but I don't have any other option either. Well, Sian Yang was deciding whether he wanted to go for it and went he came to a decision that he wasn't going for it, he didn't even tell me. Well, never mind about that. F&N lasted till about 4pm and I realised I still have to come back again tomorrow. Now is that sick or what? Haha, well I went home with Weiling, we had pretty much to talk in the bus. Once I got home, I took a shower and just slacked all the way. "What lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

F&N Coursework
I woke up today at 8am and I was supposed to meet Garyson at 9am at the hawker centre opposite our school. When I got out of the shower, I realised that I received a message from him. He said he had already reached there and at that time it was only 8:45am. So, I left my house just in time to see my bus go pass. Haha, in the end I reached there at 9:30am. L0L!
We had breakfast and proceeded to the school's computer lab 2 after that. We had to complete our F&N coursework. I wasn't able to do much as my diskette was with Serene, so I just did what I could. I had to bring the rest of the work back home to complete. I'm actually still doing it right now, but I'm just taking a break for awhile. I don't think I'll be able to complete it by tonight, but I still have to go to school tomorrow anyway for an E Maths remedial. After that, I'll be proceeding to the lab again to complete my work... Well, Hopefully! Hehe. I left with Sian Yang at around 2:30pm, we were supposed to play pool. We went to have our lunch in the hawker centre first, but Sian Yang said he was going to meet his friend and told me to play tomorrow. Well, at least he walked me to my bus stop and took a bus from there. Haha. I reached home like 4pm and started doing my coursework after my shower. So I'm still struggling with it right now. I watched the Amazing Race earlier at 8pm to 9pm. Hmmm, well I hope either Colin & Christie or Brandon & Nicole win this season, but I'll prefer Brandon & Nicole. I truly respect Brandon, always true to his religion and always calm. Well, he was so true to his religion that when they had problems finding the clue, he asked the lord for help and almost immediately found it. Well, I really do want to be just like him, a Christian, but I don't think I'm ready yet. If I really want to become a Christian, I really want to be true to my religion just like Brandon. Hmmm... I don't think I'm prepared for that yet. I definitely do not want to be a Christian just for the sake of it, I want to be as loyal as possible. Science Camp
I felt much better today, so I decided to go for the science camp. I chose to go a little late as I didn't want to do much stuff. Well, it was actually pretty slack and boring. I didn't really do much experiments.
During our lunch break, I left with Kumar. He went to find his friends, while I went to find Benson and Sian Yang at the West Coast Recreational Centre. I will like to take the time now to personally scold them for not inviting me when they chose to left the school, so this goes out to them... K N N B C C B ! ! ! Alright, let's not get too vulgar and shitz here. So I met those balls and played pool with them till around 3pm. At 3pm, we walked back to school(very LONG story, lazy to type). In the end, me, Chee Chong, Sian Yang and Weiling took a cab home. Hmmm, I feel kind of guilty right now for constantly disturbing Sian Yang in the cab, so I'll like to apologise to him(later). Hehe, I reached home like 4 plus in the end. I tried studying Social Studies after my shower. I only managed a few pages, after that, I was down and sleeping. L0L! So I have to end here right now as I have to continue studying my Social Studies. Oh wait, is there anything on TV right now? Hehe. Tourism
Well, so I chose to skip the science camp today, but I stayed at home to study. I was studying for the whole morning and afternoon. I completed the whole chapter of tourism in Geography by evening around 5pm. As usual, I slacked after that till dinner. I was too tired to continue studying other stuff, so I was basically using the com, well I still am right now, but never mind.
I'm going to catch F.R.I.E.N.D.S right now. It's the second last episode and there is no way that I'm going to miss it. Although I don't really follow the show constantly, I saw the preview, which was pretty funny. Therefore, I decided to watch it. Hehe. Garfield...
Well, after school, I went to the fnn room with the rest of the people who took fnn. She told us to come next Wed to complete our Task A. We spent about 1/2 an hour there discussing about our coursework.
When that was done, me, Alvin and Malbindar went to the hawker centre for lunch. I was going to meet Sian Yang and Joachim later at 2pm at West Mall. When we were done eating, it was already 1:30pm. I needed to get home and change before going out again. I managed to flag down a London Cab. That was the first time I was in one and it was pretty amazing. I reached home at 1:45pm. I changed quickly, took some money and went out of the house. When I walked down the stairs of my block, I saw the bus went by. It was already 1:55pm and I knew I was going to be late. The movie was at 2:15pm and I was in such a rush, so I decided to take a bus out and walk in instead. When I reached the Bukit Batok control station, it was already 2:05pm. I rang up Sian Yang and I realised they were still at Boon Lay station. He told me that they wouldn't make it on time, so we had to watch a later show. They arrived about 2:20pm and we went to the cinema to check the time slots. We decided to watch the 4pm one instead. While we were waiting for the time to pass, we went to the food court to grab a bite first. After that, Joachim wanted to check some guitar courses so we went to check it at this Music Concerto. We went to the arcade after that to waste some time. We went into the cinema at around 3:50pm. Garfield was just an okay movie, it wasn't very good and it was 1hr20mins. After the movie, we went to Shop & Save as they needed to buy some stuff. Both of them proceeded to Red Hill after that, while I returned home. Well, it was a pretty long day for me. Fast Day
The day was really fast. After school, Me, Garyson, Kumar and Tian Hock were together deciding on where to go. Tian Hock said he would be going home, while the rest of us decided to go to Jurong Entertainment Centre.
Before we could step out, it started to pour heavily. We waited for the rain to simmer down before making our way out. Once we were out, it started to pour heavily again. All of us ran to the void deck for shelter. I was actually supposed to go for a photo taking at 4:30pm, but I didn't want to as it was too late. Anwar rang me up to ask me if I was going, I said I wasn't as it was too late. He said he was going to as he also had his Track & Field photo taking. After about 5mins, he rang me up again to say that his Track & Field photo taking is tomorrow and he wanted to meet me. He came to the void deck, along with Brandon, to find us. By then, the rain had stopped and we decided to go the hawker centre for lunch instead. It was already 3pm. When we were all done eating, we saw Sian Yang and Lynn. Everyone was going their separate ways home. Lynn asked me to take the MRT with herself and Sian Yang, but I decline her offer as I was in a rush home(I also wanted them to have some time on their own mah...). When I got home, I took a shower, did some homework, had dinner and watched Singapore Idol. I have no idea who is going to get into the top 10, but I voted for Christopher and Daphney. Hehe, hopefully they will make it into the top 10. Well, I'm just going to wait for the results at 10pm. Good Luck to both of them! "Friendship doubles your joys, and divides your sorrows." - Unknown

Intensive Studying
I woke up today prepared, to do some work. Immediately after my breakfast, I went to complete my homework before starting to study for my Prelims. I started on Geography as it was the first paper for my prelims (well, if you don't consider English).
I actually managed to focus and concentrate for about the whole day. I completed the whole section on Wet Rice Cultivation and hopefully, I can speed up the way I study, so that I'll have more time for other subjects. That's basically all that happened today. I'm proud that I managed to bring myself back to the books. Hehe. "Friends are God's way of taking care of us." - Unknown |
