Regret ?
*Sighz* I'm already home now. I decided not to go for AEM today. My lesson was supposed to end at 4pm, but our lecturer released us at 3.30pm. I had to wait 1.5hours as AEM only starts at 5pm. Therefore, I decided not to go after weighing all the pros and cons. I was distracted the whole day thinking if I should drop this AEM. I regret signing up for it without really considering much. Damn, I wasted $30 on that. Luckily, I still have not bought the book, which cost another $8. I still have 1 week to really make my decision, but I feel that my mind is already made up.
I realised that even if I take AEM, I won't be exempted from any modules in University. That also means that I'll be studying the same thing in University as well. This will only give me a head start in other words. Furthermore, it falls on Monday and Tuesday at 5pm. Those are the only 2 days that I end at 4pm and get to go home early. Whenever I see my friends go back home, I also will wish to go back naturally. During the entire AEM lesson yesterday, all I could think of was going home. Oh well... I'm pretty lost now actually. I turned to fei ge for advice obviously. L0L! He told me to decide properly. He said it may be important, however it may be better if I drop it. Obviously, I took fei ge's advice into consideration and thought about it. It took me hours to decide, but during that period of time I realised that my heart was telling me to drop it. Perhaps it is in my best interest to drop it especially when my heart isn't there during lessons. I'll end up not listening, which leads to me not learning anything as well. Then, what would be the use ? If I don't learn anything, I won't be able to do the test or exam, which means taking AEM would be a complete waste of my time. That's how I see it. Anyway, I'm pretty confused as to what I should do right now. I'm really tired and I need some rest. I'll stop here for now. Take care and I'll update you guys on the situation soon. Cya~! =]

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri !
Bonjour! To all my Muslim friends and classmates and blah blah... Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri ! Woohoo! Don't need to wake up early in the morning to breakfast already ! =X L0L! Yes, I'm back to update after 13 days! Have I been busy ? Nope, not really... Have I been lazy ? You bet I have! =X Anyway, it's already the second week of school and today's a holiday! L0L! Yeah, so I was very free for the whole day as I don't need to go house visiting! =X
Tomorrow my lesson only starts at 1pm, so I can stay up a little bit later today. I realised that I couldn't wake up this morning as I was too tired. I think I need to start sleeping early from now on, which means no more late nights... =[ Hmm... Starting from next monday and tuesday, I'll be in school till 7pm. I decided to take an additional module as I hope it will me out in University. It is some sort of advance engineering math (AEM) and I heard it isn't easy, but I'm willing to give it a go. It is going to last for 3 semesters, but I have to pay for it before each semester. It's a good thing because if I realise that I'm unable to cope that I won't take it for the next semester. Smart right ! =] Oh... Mr Chua's squash rackets still with me until now! Aiyo... (wah sound so CHEENA) L0L! I need to return him soon already if not later he think I steal. Hmmm... I think I'll have to return him on Thursday already. I realise that my topics come out of nowhere. One moment talking about the AEM, then the next moment talk about squash rackets and now is nonsense already. L0L! Oh! I managed to download and play Football Manager 2007 on my computer! Woohoo! Luckily, I found it at mininova.org if not I would have to go buy it. L0L! I still want to buy my xbox games, but it seems like I don't have the time for it already. BUT!! I definitely have to get the Mortal Kombat: Armageddon !!! Buy for me PLEASEEE !!! if you happen to bypass that is. HEY! I cannot think of what else to blog already leh... Suddenly I have totally no inspiration... Ermm... Channel 5 is going to start showing Survivor 13 on television at last after the 6th episode aired in the States. They were afraid of the racial stuff at first (I mentioned it in one of my entries before), but they decided to air it in the end ? Perhaps they are not making enough money ? Anyway, they air or don't air also not much of use because I already watched the 6th episode. Guess where I got it from ? mininova.org ! That website rocks! Oh... I even got my LOST season 3 episodes from there and channel 5 has yet to air it. Channel 5 not even showing The Amazing Race anymore, luckily there's AXN! =X Ok, I give up already... I cannot think of anything else to blog! L0L! Therefore I'll be seeing you guys soon again! Ciao! Au Revoir! =] "Life is not so important as the duties of life." - John Randolph

New Semester; New Class
My break is finally over and today is the first day of school. This semester there was a change in class and everyone got shuffled. I'm in the class 2B3 and Jeremiah is in the same class as me. Luckily, I know at least one person in my class.
My first lesson of the day started at 10am today. It was a lecture with another class (2B5). I knew Andrea and Kelvin in that class, so I was pretty lucky actually as I wasn't alone. I didn't really manage to get to know anybody as it was a combined class and I didn't know who were my classmates from 2B3. So I decided to wait till the next practical lesson after the break before I get to know anyone. I met up with my ex-classmates during the lunch break and almost all of us were there. I think everyone was there except the girls, Qing Xiang and Terence. Yeah, hopefully we'll get to meet for lunch at least twice a week ? L0L! I don't know... we'll see... After lunch, it was this MPI programming class. They gave us this kit set that we are supposed to keep till January. Also, if we lose anything from the kit set we'll have to pay for it and it isn't cheap. Anyway, I didn't really manage to socialise much because everyone was so quiet and stuff. I only get to talk with Alex's friend (I don't know his name yet) and Benjamin who is also Terence's friend. Everybody else really seems to be on the quiet side. Hmmm... Hopefully, I'll get to know them more by this week. The sad thing is that I have to bring my laptop everyday. Well, at least the connection now is better compared to last time. Oh I have a four hour practical session for one module tomorrow. Another hour of mass lecture with all the B classes and two hours of lecture with another class. Hopefully, I can get to know more people by then. L0L! Anyway, I'm going to stop here for now. I'll blog more again sometime soon! Take care and cya soon~! =] "It is characteristic of all deep human problems that they are not to be approached without some humor and some bewilderment." - Freeman Dyson

Out!
I woke up at around 11.15am today by fei ge's sms. L0L! He asked me if I was free to go out. I actually had plans to go to school with my classmates to get my lecture notes and books for next semester. However, MEL wasn't updated yet and up till now it still isn't. L0L! I needed to know the book titles in order to purchase them at the bookstore. Also, I didn't know if any modules require the installation of new softwares onto my laptop. Therefore, I decided not to get my notes and books today as I wanted to wait for the school to update MEL before I go get them.
Furthermore, I haven't seen fei ge for a year already and family is priority right! So sorry guys for not going with you guys to school. Anyway, we met at City Hall at 2.30pm and we were in the same train somemore. L0L! We went to Starbucks and play his laptop as well as chit-chat and obviously drink coffee. He's a hardcore Football Manager fan and you know why ? Because he has the editor, which enables him to cheat and swap an entire team. L0L! Still the same fei ge as last year! Make me go buy the drinks. -.= He wanted to give me a treat actually, but I didn't feel like drinking coffee. I did help myself to his drink though. =X We stayed at Starbucks till about 3.20pm, then we took a bus down to Suntec Tower 2. Fei ge had drum lessons for 45 minutes, so I waited for him and played DotA on his laptop in the meantime. I wasn't able to complete the game before he was done. L0L! I got chase away after that as he wanted to play his Football Manager. L0L! We went to Peninsular Plaza after that to check if his customized shirt was ready. The boss said the earliest he can get it would be on Friday. Oh he asked me to go BBQ with his cell group on either Friday or Saturday, but I decline because of many reasons. L0L! Sorry!!! After that, he had to go IMM to meet his family for dinner, so I headed home. I really think he grow taller already and become darker also! L0L! Anyway, great to see you today after such a long time! Thanks for finding the time to meet up with me even though you have such a tight schedule!! I had a good time too! =] I think it's time to meet Pan ge already also. I don't even remember the last time I met him already. L0L! Oh, I also need to catch up with my primary school friend and my secondary school friends as well. L0L! Yeah, treasure the friendship and bonds you have with others. =] Anyway, I'm stopping here for today. It took me quite some time to enter this entry as well because I got distracted halfway. L0L! Alright then, cya all soon~! =] "He makes people pleased with him by making them first pleased with themselves." - Lord Chesterfield

Hong Kong!
Hey! This is my first entry for the new month. It took me 10 days to write something here. L0L! I have been busy with work and that's why I didn't really have the time to update. I worked till last Wednesday in the same company as my aunty. They actually extended my contract for 3 days, so that was pretty cool. I managed to earn $672 for myself during my entire 12 days of work. Yeah! I'm going to save up that money for future needs.
I departed for Hong Kong on Thursday with my 6 relatives and 2 cousins. My flight was supposed to be at 1.30pm, however it was delayed for 2 hours. Unbelievable. I woke up so early and got ready for it. *Sighz* Anyway, we went to the airport early to have lunch and walk around the duty free shops. I didn't buy anything as I wanted to get stuff from Hong Kong that are hopefully cheaper. The flight departed Singapore at 3.20pm and arrived in Hong Kong at 7pm plus. The queue at the immigration check out was LONG! The good thing was that the queue moved fast. By the time we checked out and got our luggages, it was already about 8pm plus. We managed to get to our hotel (The Royal Garden @ Mody Road in Kowloon) and checked in at about 9pm. Then we went out to have dinner/supper and walked around our hotel area. L0L! I didn't manage to buy anything as most of the shops were already closed at that time. It was already about 11pm plus when we started walking around. However, we managed to see the nightlife in Hong Kong, which was really cool. There were many shops along the streets as well as a couple of shopping centres nearby. The next day was a public holiday for Hong Kong as it was Moon Cake Festival. However, the places we went to won't as crowded as I thought it would be. We left our hotel at around 11am as we were all pretty tired. L0L! We went for breakfast/lunch at a restaurant in the shopping centre opposite to our hotel. The food wasn't fantastic though and not worth the money in my opinion. Anyway, we took the MTR from Tsim Sha Tsui to Central, then a bus to Stanley Market. We shopped there for awhile and I managed to get 3 T-shirts there for HK$200, which is SG$40. Then we went back to our hotel to put our stuff down before proceeding out again for dinner at Ladies Street. I managed to get another 2 T-shirts there and a leather wallet for about HK$200 again. We also went to Temple's Street after that to take a look, but it was similar to Ladies Street, so I didn't buy anything. I felt that Ladies Street had more variety and better stalls compared to Temple Street. L0L! We went back to our hotel at around 12am plus? Yeah, we were all tired and went to bed about 2am. On Saturday, we moved out about an hour earlier than Friday. We went for breakfast at a Restaurant close to our hotel. The Dim Sum at this restaurant was really good and they had a whole lot of varieties compared to the previous restaurant we went to. We decided to go to Times Square after breakfast to have a glance. We took the MTR from Tsim Sha Shui to Causeway Bay. We didn't really buy much from Times Square as it was all the branded stuff for the rich. We only went to the supermarket to buy some of their traditional local products like Lao Po Bing and Love Letters. From there, we took a cab to the foot of Victoria Peak as we wanted to take the Tram up. The queue for the tram was really long. It went zig-zag for like 5 rows at least. Fortunately, the queue moved fast and we were able to get our tickets within half an hour or so. The Tram ride was nice as you are able to see the scenary around you, but the ride was too short! It was only 10 minutes and it cost HK$33 for going up and back down, which is around SG$6. There was a shopping mall and a viewing terrace once we got to the top of the peak. We didn't really have time to shop at the shopping mall, but we did take a look of the scenary from the viewing terrace. It wasn't really fantastic as it was hazy and stuff, so I felt that the trip to Victoria Peak was a waste of time. After coming back down the peak on the tram, we took a cab back to our hotel as we were meeting some relatives at 5pm for dinner. We got back to our hotel on time and relax for awhile as our relatives were late and only reached at 7pm. We had our dinner at the restaurant in our hotel and they came up to our rooms later to talk awhile before leaving at 9pm plus. We went out again after that to the nearby areas to took a look around again as it was our very last night. I managed to get a pair of jeans too that cost HK$99, which is SG$20. We managed to get some local products as well. We got back to our hotel at 12pm plus and were in bed by 2am. The final day in Hong Kong was a pretty short one as our flight was at 4pm and we have to check in by 3pm. That means we need to leave our hotel by 2pm. We woke up early and went to the Hong Kong Cultural Centre for breakfast/lunch. Then, we went to SOGO for awhile and New World Store. It was very rushing though and I wasn't able to get anything. We got back to our hotel at 1.30pm and started packing our stuff to get ready to leave the hotel. We left our hotel at about 2pm and took a cab all the way to the airport. We reached there in about half an hour and we were lucky as there wasn't any jams along the way. We didn't have time to shop in their duty free shops as well. Yeah, so we bid Hong Kong farewell and boarded the plane. The plane wasn't able to take off for at least 20 minutes due to a delay. Damn! 20 minutes wasted because of that. L0L! However, we managed to reach Singapore on time at 7.45pm. We spent some time at the duty free shop and my uncle bought for me this Hugo Boss cologne and it wasn't cheap! I wanted to pay for it, but he refused. I'm going to find a way to pay him back though for my entire trip and stuff. Let's do some calculations... I spent about SG$230 on my own stuff including the Hugo Boss cologne. The flight cost around SG$370 inclusive of taxes and all. I'm not too sure about lodging, but let's put it at SG$200. As for meals, I have no clue because my uncle paid for everything and I didn't have a chance to take a look at the receipt if there was any. I'm sure that the entire trip was less than SG$1000. Although that's alot of money, but I round everything up so that it would be easy to calculate. I don't think it went above SG$700 to be honest. My uncle's thinking of going to Bangkok at the end of the year. He asked me if I'm interested in going and I told him that we'll see how everything goes. Anyway, I'm left with just 1 week of holidays before school reopens. I'm going to be in a new class with new people! L0L! I'm looking forward to it. I know 4 of my classmates already, so that's pretty nice. I still have to go back to school to do some registration as well as buy my books. Apparently, the website isn't updated yet and I won't know what books to get. I do not want to wait till school reopens before I get my books because the queue would be super long. L0L! Oh well... hopefully, I'll be able to get my books on either Thursday or Friday. Ok! I'm getting too long winded already. I need to stop here!! L0L! I spent hours on this entry because I got distracted and did other stuff while I was blogging. L0L! Anyway, this entry is finally done, so appreciate it! L0L! Take care peeps!
