Hey!! I wanted to do this entry on the last day of January, but I was pretty occupied with my work and other stuff too! L0L! I didn't have time yesterday either because I was studying for my AOOP theory test 2 earlier. By the way, the test didn't go according to plan and there was this entire 30 mark question on timer which I didn't study at all, so I'm pretty screwed for that. At least I managed to figure out the rest though and thanks for wishing me all the best fei ge! Oh, and the person who wrote "good luck" on the seat number label too! Thanks! =] So, let's just sum up the month real quick now yeah!

Let's see, I think I really decided to spend more time with my close ones this year. Last month, I decided to fix a day to meet up with my close ones for every month! From now on, every last Thursday of the month is to meet with Fei Ge and every last Friday of the month is with my secondary school clique! It was nice to start the year off in such a way actually. To be able to meet fei ge is rare, but I managed to last month! Also, to be able to meet my secondary school clique is just as rare and we managed to do it last month too! So, it was a double delight! L0L!

However, whenever there are good things that happen, there will always be some not so good things that will happen too... Firstly, I still haven't meet up with Pan Ge after so LONG! Furthermore, I didn't manage to set a day to meet up with him every month too. *Sighz* He doesn't really seem to bother anyhow. Oh well... Secondly, I think my new year resolution on the finance part has been broken! I think last month I spent the most I've ever spent in any month for a LONG time! I repaired my laptop for $500 and bought my Nike Delta Force shoes at $106 and another $100 for Chinese New Year Clothes. Then, there are still spendings here and there as well. I think I spent at least $900 last month and I still feel so guilty about that. =[

Hmm... Another thing is that I think I'm drifting away from my secondary school clique already and I don't know why. I can't exactly say that Polytechnic life has changed me, but perhaps that's just the way it is? I'm not sure. I know that I'm only close with Hongyue and sometimes I wish that it was just the two of us alone. I think in that way, I'll be able to talk more and stuff because there's so much to say. Hmmm... I don't know. One thing's for such is that things aren't the same as they were in Secondary school days.

BUT! AHAHHA... I still think January was a good month and a great way to start the year! You know, I've come to learn that things might not always turn out the way you want them too, but you still have to accept it and make the best out of it too! Also, I think I'm getting to know my poly friends better! As in, I'm closer with my poly ex-classmates as well as current ones! Hmm... Ok, maybe current ones not really because it's more like I'm closer with the people in Andrea and Kelvin's class. They are in my lecture class actually and I think I talk more with some of them than some of my classmates? L0L!

Hmm.. This month is going to be a good month too! Firstly, my birthday on the 15th! Then, the start of my 2 month break as well as Chinese New Year on the 18th. Woohoo! However, this month I really need to manage my finances already and not spend money like there's no tomorrow. L0L! Hopefully, I can get a job as well at some retail outlet nearby. I'm also going to do some prayers for my late grandpa on the 10th. Also, get my 2 exam papers done and over with and have a wonderful 19th birthday blast! My birthday on the 15th also marks the start of my 2 month break. I really hope to start exercising and training properly during that 2 month break, so I might be working at all afterall. Oh well, we'll just have to see how it goes then.

Oh, I need to prepare a farewell party for Gavin, Nigel and Qingxiang before they leave for Germany on the 22nd for overseas attachment! They will be away for 6 months. Anyway, I'm going to stop here for today and I'm too sleepy to continue too! Today marks the start of my study break before my papers on the 13th and the 15th! Wish me all the best k? Take care! =]
